Overview: Participants work as the management team for a fictional community bank headquarters in a fictional office building. An earthquake rocks the region - your power is out, employees are injured, the building must shelter-in-place bringing issues of panicked employees and medical problems. When you can evacuate, there are missing people, deadlines that need to be met, your customers are upset - how would a team handle such a disaster, especially with your building now closed?
