Overview: Participants are the management team for a fictional temporary staffing company.  Suddenly, the building shakes from a loud explosion!  The power is out, employees are injured, the building must shelter-in-place bringing issues of panicked employees and medical problems.  When you can evacuate, there are missing people, deadlines that need to be met, employees that are upset - how would a team handle such a disaster, especially that your building is now closed and the boss is away on vacation?  See how your management staff will respond.
