Plan-A-ware

Plan-A-ware is a hosted and truly collaborative business continuity planning & management service that enhances your organization's ability to interact with its Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Tabletop Exercises

Attainium's Tabletop Exercises continued to be a key element in many organizations Business Continuity Management efforts. Each custom designed Tabletop is developed specifically to meet an organization's exercise goals and requirements. Storylines are developed for a specific geography, facilities, resources as well as those threats, hazards and vulnerabilities that are of major concern. Our Tabletop Exercises target any industry, business, building or facility covering virtually anything that is of concern to safety, security, communications and continuity of operations.

Conduct It Yourself Tabletop Exercises

Our Conduct It Yourself™ series of tabletop exercises has drawn rave reviews and continues to be a key factor of success for dozens of in-house tabletop exercises. With Conduct It Yourself™ Tabletop Exercises, you can have a professionally developed tabletop exercise with everything you need to conduct the exercise yourself. Each Conduct It Yourself™ CD includes an exercise overview, how-to instructions, forms, script and a ready-to-run PowerPoint slide show with all of the incidents, scenarios, and guidelines for post-exercise discussion and debriefing.

The Disaster Experience

The Disaster Experience™ is a half day custom designed tabletop exercise delivered as a role play simulation delivered by Attainium's expert moderators. Each exercise is created to give the participants hands-on experience in dealing with unexpected crisis and disruption. Participants enhance their crisis communications and decision-making skills, while improving disaster planning and response capabilities.

Our exercise methodology has been used successfully in hundreds of organizations, corporate events and major industry conferences. The Disaster Experience is excellent for testing Business Continuity, Emergency Response or Disaster Recovery plans OR as a highly interactive workshop at association, industry or corporate events.

Business Continuity Planning Workshop

This 1/2 day workshop takes the participants through the steps necessary to develop THEIR Business Continuity Plan. Each participant uses his/her own organization's information. It starts by identifying critical infrastructure, prioritizing key business functions then analyzing the impact of various disruptions to these business functions. From there it's on to developing emergency response procedures and disaster recovery plans. Upon completion, the participants will have a basic business continuity plan. In 2008 the workshop was used to help individual organizations - one-on-one - to develop their own BCPs.
