Building Management - Train Wreck - (CIYPM001)


Overview: Participants are the property management team for a fictional multi-tenant building. Suddenly, the building shakes from a loud explosion! The power is out, tenants are injured, the building must shelter-in-place bringing issues of panicked tenants and medical problems. When you can evacuate, there are missing people, and everyone is upset - how would a team handle such a disaster, especially that your building is now closed? See how your management staff will respond.
