Participants are the management team of a fictional Nursing Home. Suddenly, the facility shakes from a loud explosion! The power is out, staff and residents are injured, the facility needs to be evacuated, people are missing, everyone is upset - how would a team handle such a disaster, especially now that you need to evacuate and relocate residents? See how your management team will respond.
